During this time frame I have been restoring a 100 year old home in Danville Virginia. When I am not working on the home I enjoyed working with a 6 station home network in my home and helping family and friends resolve there problems with their computers.

A to Z Information Services is an IT department for many businesses in and around the Atlanta area. As a team member of A to Z Information Services I setup and test Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, XP and Windows 2000 operating systems for workstations to be install at our clients business. We run network cables if necessary to complete the hookup of workstation to the server and set up users and email accounts. We load special software that a business may be using and set up both local and network printers. We install printers, scanner, hubs, switches, and DSL and dial-up services. We perform monthly maintenance on each computer at business that request the monthly maintenance service. I perform computer upgrades and repairs, trouble shooting of hardware and software problems on Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, XP and Windows 2000 operating systems on Pc Computers. I provide computer tech support assisting customers in trouble shooting of hardware and software problems on Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, XP and Windows 2000 operating systems on PC Computers and giving them step-by-step instructions to resolve those problems. I provide support to business local network.

Involved in the tutorial of staff members in the Department of Public Safety on both Dos and Windows applications. In addition to my regular duties as a Public Safety Officer. As a certified Police Officer I was responsible for the protection of the lives and property of the students, faculty, staff, and visitors of North Georgia College & State University. Patrolling the Campus grounds, working both the weekday evening shift and weekend day shift.

Honorable Discharge; USN.

1976-1979 Insured that maintenance action forms were correctly scanned, completed, and verified as assistant to Work Center Supervisor at Cecil Field, FLA. Responsible for insuring flight safety of TF-41 Turbo -- Fan Jet Engine as Quality Assurance Collateral Duty Inspector. Supervised mechanics during tear down, build up and testing of the TF-41 Turbo -- Fan Jet Engine as Crew Leader.

1973-1975 Supervised line ground support. Responsible for insuring the safety of launching and recovery of aircraft at Naval Air Station Keflavik, Iceland.
